The new Hall and Woodhouse pub is due to open on Friday 1st February but we were delighted to be invited to join the Hall and Woodhouse team a few days early to help test out the menu.
The building itself looks fantastic inside and out and is inspired by the history of the Wilts and Berks Canal ranging from its origins as an industrial canal supporting the development of the GWR works in Swindon to its current use as a perfect location to sit and enjoy a meal. The Hall and Woodhouse team have clearly paid enormous detail to each element of the building and we look forward to discovering new little details each time we visit.
The staff were welcoming and our meal was delicious. We wish Hall and Woodhouse all the best for their opening next week.
