A temporary road closure will be in place during the week commencing 17th February in order to form a junction into the new housing parcel and remove the existing traffic calming feature.
The existing road narrowing will be removed and temporary speed cushions installed to ensure traffic speeds are managed until works to install a new roundabout commence later this year. Vegetation clearance will also take place within the area that will be impacted by the roundabout works during the period of the closure.
Access to Waitrose and the Barratt and David Wilson sales centres will remain open and can be accessed from the north via Foxham Way. It is anticipated that the works will take no longer than a week and the road will be reopened as soon as possible.
